The sign is great and is exactly what I expected.
Shipping was very quick for a custom product and the packaging was good, no damage whatsoever.
I do have a couple of suggestions for improvement related to installation:
Including some one inch standoffs for the mounting screws to go through would be very helpful( I ended up buying some nylon ones at Home Depot). Once you attach the power pack to the back of the sign it now stands proud of the wall the thickness of the pack. When you tighten the screws it distorts the sign which then causes the tape light not to have an even glow but instead to show the individual diodes. The standoffs eliminate this issue. I also added a couple inside of the sign on both sides just to have an equal gap all the way around.
I also noticed that if you had the leads off the tape light coming into the interior of the sign rather than the outside rim there wouldn't be an issue of the leads showing through the cut outs. I ended up taping wires to the back of the sign, running them along the portions not cut out so they weren't visible when the lights were on.
Just a couple of ideas and not anything that would keep me from purchasing again or recommending MetalPlex.

We really like the sigh . The only “complaint “ is the control box didn’t come with any mounting hardware so it just hangs there . We’ll find some small
mounting hardware, but it would be nice to have that included .
