As I was filling out my order you interrupted so much with discounts on my next order. Very disappointed the words were not linked together & were flimsy. I was planning on attaching to my gate & this was not possible. I also received a bonus sign that I didn’t order….”get naked”!!!

I am so disappointed. Ordered the mountain skier for my grandson and his new wife for a Christmas gift, for their new home.
Their main gift, It came disfigured and discolored. After many text conversations ( because no one would call me back, till the very end when I asked for someone to please call me)
I had to send pictures of the damage, I followed all the requests required. To end up being told , after waisting many days to get my new item mailed. They decided not to make that size anymore because it doesn’t come out detailed right. So I needed the next size up. I was asked to enter my card again to pay the difference, no compensation at all. Wouldn’t send it out next day,so I could have it a week before Christmas…so now I know it’s going to be late for Christmas. But promised it would arrive the day after Christmas. So I asked the man to send it to my grandsons address, I would be out of town, yes yes he said I have taken care of it. As soon as I paid the up charge I noticed they put my address in for delivery! Got right back to them and I got crickets again….called three days in a row and never got a return call. Now it’s Dec 31 and it still hasn’t arrived. It’s delayed.
And I have people watching for the delivery, just crazy!

I always leave good reviews for good service and try to give the benefit of doubt to others. The customer service and quality is not good. Just wish there had been better communication.

It is HUGE…. Completely my fault because when I looked back at the order it said 18 inches tall. It was a nameplate for a door. Looking to replace it with a smaller one.

I wanted to put an order for rectangular sign to hang outside with numbers “12205 A” inside it. Was in my “box”. Didn’t make the purchase yet. Next day I get an email if I want a discount for ordering it. I said Yes. Then I received loose numbers with stickers on the back of the numbers.
That’s NOT what I ordered. Returned it via USPS and paid about $13 for the return. Wrote email explaining the return.
