Ordered the large bear. It arrived damaged. Nose is damaged. Despite bubble wrap, the package looks to have been dropped, hard, on the nose end. Bubble wrap damaged as is the box. I sent two requests for advice. Sent multiple pictures as requested. No response yet.

Sadly, I do not have a photo because this was a wedding gift for my sister and her husband. We have had a lot going on and I would have loved the discount because I bought other ones from you before. They told me they loved it and they can't wait to hang it at their ranch. We had to evacuate for a file, and it is funny because this is a bear...we now have lots of bears on our property... This was purchased as a housewarming gift, so sent directly to recipient. They were thrilled with it telling me the quality was top notch, it was packaged well and arrived in great condition.
